About Me

Well, I suppose I should throw up a page with some stuff about who I am and why you would stick around reading.

I’m Darin Casier, and I’m you’re basic, run of the mill computer geek who grew up playing video games.  My first system was an Atari 2600, and from there, I got into PC games in the late 80’s and early 90’s.  I owned a Gameboy back in my early days, and also played many games on the NES and SNES .  Many hours were wasted playing through Killer Instinct and Super Mario RPG.

I knew ever since I started high school that I wanted to make a career out of my computer skills, and once I started into the Computer Science program at the University of Waterloo in 2002, I knew that the career I wanted had to focus around video games.

Once I graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Computer Science, I landed a job at Koei Canada, a game developer, in Toronto.  I’ve since moved to Montreal and am now working at Bioware.

Follow this link to see a list of games I’ve worked on.

I’m pretty active on the interwebs, and you can follow me here:
